Here’s what it takes to drive for Motor Cargo:

18 months of current OTR Tractor/Trailer (combination vehicle) experience
Current CDL class "A"
No failures of drug screens
Moving violations – no more than 3 minor violations in the last 3 years
Accidents – no major chargeable in the last 3 years and no more than 1 minor chargeable per year in the last 3 years
Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening and road tests

We offer our drivers a 3,000 mile-per-week guarantee.* This ensures you'll earn a minimum of $1,500 per week, even if you drive less, we'll pay you the difference . That apply whenever you stay on the road for full 7 days in a week .

All new hires will start out at a base pay of 45 cents per mile for the first month . After the first month we start paying you 50 cents per mile and guaranteed pay whenever you stay out on the road for full 7 days in a week ! Plus, you can take advantage of our safety bonus, clean inspection bonuses, referral bonuses and more to further increase your compensation.
